Parlor on Main is a small restaurant and ice cream parlor in Central City, Ia. 
We carry Ashby's hard dipped ice cream in 12 different rotating flavors, as well as soft serve in vanilla, chocolate, and twist!
Our smash burgers at Parlor on Main are made using seasoned fresh ground beef that we cook by pressing on a hot griddle. Parlor on Main was voted a top 10 burger in Iowa for 2023. Click the links to check out our other great food and ice cream options!
